We think the best peacock photos show the bird in full fan, but they have a pretty face, too. Who knew they had such soft, brown eyes?

    The males are very very colourful aren't they.
    Where you lucky enough to see it dance and fan it's tail?

    The image though colourful, seems a little flat to me ...my opinion only.

    This isn't mating season, but I do have a photo of the same bird taken last year. The flatness is because the depth-of-field was very shallow. The bird was right in front of an industrial warehouse with some junk piled up. I didn't want the background. The peacock lives in the woods behind an industrial park.
