Whose website do you like the most?

Hi All,

I have to re-design my site and am wondering if I can get some ideas on where to go with it.

A lot of the sites have music..which I like initially but gets annoying really fast.

Here are few that i like so far:

So what are your favorites? How do they all get these nice looking sites? Is there a "auto" build website somewhere??
