How's this lookin?

I have a p & s camera. My images have a lot of noise without the flash. I didn't feel like setting up any other light so I had to use what tiny bit of window light I had. How's the post processing? I just started learning how to process my photos. I'm a newbie so any advice is great.

Agree with above- like #3. One problem with P&S cameras is they have a lot of DOF so it makes subject isolation harder.
BTW Neatimage do a pretty good free version of their noise removal programme- might be worth looking at.
