Young Bee

Taking a momentry pause I thought, on top of the bird table but for some reason, when it took off a moment or two later, it's flight seemed somewhat laboured and it circled slowly around the birtd table area and then dropped to the floor.
I tried to encourage it onto a leaf but it chose to be reluctant to stay and attempted to fly again, still struggling. Eventually did make it out of the garden and away, but looked like hard work for it. Cannot explain it's troublesome demeanor.

I have heard of leaf cutter bees, but I think this is my first ever photo of one.
