My wife and I recently took a trip down to the south island of New Zealand for about 12 days and finished up coming through Melbourne, Oz to see a friend. We had an amazing journey and met lots of great people and had a blast.

#2 - Outside of Akoroa, NZ - what a gorgeous town! Apparently it is an old French settlement, which retained much of its heritage after the British eventually won out to 'colonize' NZ.

#3 - This bakery was one of the best we found. Can't remember the name, but it was in the town of Akaroa.

    Really great stuff. I felt like I was back at the glacier and Queenstown! What an amazing place, I absolutely can't wait to go back again, someday. nod.gif
