Personal and Commercial license - where is the link

I can see the link when I "set the price" but being logged off, as as a customer, I do not see the lnik showing the terms. Am I blind?
Also cannot copy the link from the set the price page to put it where I want it.

    When you click on buy the image and then digital download, the link to the license agreement is below the preview photo.

    On the previous page, it shows it underlined but unclickable.
    I was blind, did not click on the preview.
