Blue damselfly and some other insects

Hi!
Actually i was searching for some damselflies near the river when saw some blue butterfly-like creature. My first thought was that it is quite strange to see blue butterflies here in Estonia but then I realize that it looks more like a damselfly. Perhaps I did not pay attention before but I never saw blue damselflies here.
