Can a customer add another picture to an order

Dear SmugMug Support,

Is there an easy way for a client to add one additional picture to an order. I just received an email from her this morning and she wants to add one more picture to her current order (#1052496) if possible. How can that be done. You can see the email below.

Please let me know if anything can be done. (I have also emailed help@smugmug.com)

I need to add one picture if possible to my order. It is the top one shown below. I've already ordered one copy of this, but my mother-in-law would like one too.
Is there anyway to add without going through & re-ordering? If not, no big deal.....just thought I'd ask.

    It can't be done, I'm sorry. We can cancel (maybe) but not add. Our heroes will assist - by the way, no need to email heroes and post here, it just makes us do double work :D thanks!

    Thanks for the reply. I did get a response from the Heroes also. This was the first case I had like this and was not sure how to handle. I will know better next time.

    Yeah and in addition - writing the heroes with order related stuff is always best- we can handle fastest from our help desk :D
