Nice one- looks like the stack worked well although I'm puzzled the image looks a bit on the soft side. What aperture were you using and flash or natural light ?

I am a little shy about over-sharpening, here is same image slightly sharpened. Let me know what you think.

Looks a bit better
Not sure what magnification you were shooting at but think I'd try opening the aperture a bit for the next try to between F8-F11- think you are getting quite a bit of diffraction softening. I would normally expect to be able to see tiny hairs all over the body on a crab spider like this, but it does depend on your own preferences.
