    I still vote for the original.. I am attached to the bokeh and the character... I love it..thumb.gif

    P.S> He doesn't look too happy that you are taking his picture.. I own 9 Buff orpington hens.., but never a rooster,, I am scared of roosters.. They can be mean....mwink.gif

    BTW - my chickens won't pose for me - 1 buff orpington, 1 americauna, 1 barred rock, and 1 black australourpe. I'll be spying on your exif to see how you were able to accomplish these results!

    Your to funny, I didn't do anything special except bring him out of the coop and say him on the railing to our deck. It was really hard to get something infocus though as much as his head moved around.

    Americauna huh? wow,, you get blue and green eggs... :D

    I feed mine flaxseed to pump them with Omega 3... works wonderful and they are gorgeous... will have to send a link to a pic for you hen fans to see... later this weekend..

    I like the origianl and perosnally the eyes don't bother me. I think that's what I like most... but that's just my opinion.

    Hi Gail,

    What a lot of character you chicken has!! These pictures have me grinning from ear to ear!

    hmmm.. Out of those I like " it is in the eyes" or your original "the eyes have it" I like the eyes have it better than it is in the eyes..

    Let me bounce some idea out there for you to try and help you brainstorm..

    I love that title and I'm gonna use it. It did indded made me laugh.
    When I look at the rooster I'm always reminded of the commercial, "I'm just a love machine and I wont work for no-body but me".

    They are cuties. So is that little Redhead in there. My hens are only a couple of months old. I have two Rode Island Reds, two Silver Laced Wyandotts and two Jersey black giants. Of course we can't forget about Zeus. He is also a Rhode Island Red. So they aren't full grown yet. Zeus' feathers are really getting some awesome colors on his back. You might see them in some other challenges if it works out.
