Hi all,

I'm using Firefox 3.0.11 and am having a problem. No images are showing up in any of my galleries while in the owners view. When I switch over to visitors view they all appear. This only happens with Firefox. When I use IE everything works nicely. Any ideas? I think I cleared the browser cache but not sure if I did it right. I went into the Cache folder under Mozilla Firefox/ profiles folder and deleted everything.

Ok, sorry. Here it is: www.dreampins.smugmug.com

Everything should look good to you. I only see this happening when I'm logged in and in Owners View.

    Thanks, Dave

I can't see anything that would cause a problem. Of course, I can't see owners view. I'd suggest you clear your browser cache and restart Firefox.

Then, I'd suggest contacting Smugmug support directly at http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal because they can see your account in the logged in condition.

Hey, that's a good idea. I'll give it a try tomorrow and post back here.

Smugmug customer support rocks! They worked on this problem all afternoon yesterday and got back to me in the late afternoon with a solution. Seems I had put a flaky Java script for some Back and Forward buttons I had on eash gallery page. He showed me how to remove them and even wrote an new one for me that would work properly. Thanks guys!
