Just got back from a trip to Niagara Falls, ON and the Adirondacks. This shot caught my eye when uploading. I really like it, but I don't think I am finished with it yet. I think it has potential. C&C please!

Wonderful reflection! IMHO it could be a tad sharper and maybe some color definition to make it pop.

What a beautiful mirror-like reflection you caught. This is a winner! thumb.gif
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

    Nice capture.

Consider cropping off the top fourth to raise the horizon. Now the reflection on the bottom half draws the eyes and becomes the focus of attention.

You can try it first by just holding a piece of paper on the top fourth to block off that part of the picture and see if you like it.

Thanks for your comments! I don't know about cropping the top. I have always heard that the rule of thirds is thrown out the window on reflection shots. But... sometimes breaking the rules is effective. I'll give it a look and see what happens.
