I spent the past week photographing an old boiler house and mill building in Lawrence, MA. The boiler house and its smokestacks are coming down. About half of the mill building is coming down and the other half will become office and retail apace. All part of a larger project. I also had access to the roof of the mill building.

Hope you enjoy the set.

Extraordinary! bowdown.gifEach one told me a story like I am walking thru the remains. The one with the shoes in really different! I especially like the finish for #4. This is a really cool series!

GORGEOUS!! Daniel's right, I LOVE it and am so jealous. I have been missing the Rust Best so very much, which is one of the very very few downsides to moving west. I think people are sick of me saying that lol3.gifbowdown.gif

I love the combination of busy and still, interior and calm foggy exteriors. Wow, great set.

I agree, this is a fantastic series. I wish I could see this in person. I love old industrial buildings; that must be the engineer in me. :D

I think I like the shot of the stacks from the mill the best. Very peaceful, but also eerie and foreboding. Well done!

I agree with the others, great set. I particularly like #4 & 5. #5 looks like the people dissolved in place!
