Any reason not to allow non-English characters

I konw many users have complained this issue. I really don't know why you don't slove this problem. I cannot write keywords in Korean. I cannot search any words in Korean. Although I knew this limitation when I bought your service, it is informed that this problem would be solved in near future. When? Not forever?

If there is any solution that I don't know at this moment, please let me know.
