Anyone use Pounds Photo Labs out of Texas? I've got some questions regarding book design with their PROS system.

    Hi Bill,

I am not sure what your looking for but I have visited Bay Photo, and have looked at quite a few samples including books. Their quality and cutomer service is very good.

You might want to give them a try. They even answer their phones!

I did get some answers from Pounds. Pounds is local to me, which I like. I have a sample book, and I think its every bit the book that Asuka is, at a noticeably better price. But their design and ordering software is a bit... clumsy to use. I think I'm working around that by designing my pages in Photoshop, and then dropping single full-sized images onto individual pages in their design software.
