yeah, to each his own. doesn't bother me.
i just look at the whole picture and not focus on one point.

Great looking shot Eric!! I really like the the HDR effect but my eye does go to the lightest area in the sky. Any thoughts about cropping it in a pano style shot?

Great image! I keep expecting the ship from Men in Black I to come hurling out of the hot spot in the middle and land front and center of your camera.

I love the station and the processing on everything except the sky. If you could tame the sky a bit, then the eye wouldn't run to that bright spot above the tree line. The sky could still be dramatic, but not unrealistically so. Right now you have a realistically processed gas station and a rather surreal sky. I'm not sure they go together very well.

It's still a very nice image.

I agree, but at the same time, aside from the white spot, I like it.
Maybe I'll try to re-shoot it w/ out the CPL filter.
