Upload question

I have a PC and just joined SmugMug. I've been trying to upload about 1000 pictures to my gallery using Adobe Bridge CS3 and Picasa 3, and having issues.
For some reason, Picasa 3 times out, and I lose all my uploads, no partial uploads retained.
For Bridge, it asks for my gallery for uploading every picture, which doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

Hi, both of those uploaders are convenient, but a bit slow and not robust. Use our Simple Uploader:
http://www.smugmug.com/help/upload-pictures

when you get the uploader page, you can even use our newest version, simply by replacing applet=9 with applet=10 in the url in your browser window. We'll be making that our new default very soon.

If you have the same problems with the simple uploader, then please write our Support Heroes, we have some diagnostics we can do with you.
