Mac computer & Bay Photo/Roes

****Was able to force quit application and restart computer....thanks anyways.....
I will of course ask my question to Bay Photo if I don't receive any replies here soon. I have an iMac and today installed Bay Photo/Roes ordering system. I have some updates to install on my Mac and cannot restart because the Bay Photo Roes will not close? Any ideas. I tried moving the open icon to trash to quit, the normal quit, etc. nothing works. I may try and remove the Roes altogether and reinstall it, that is if it will let me??
Ok it won't let me remove Bay Photo/Roes because it says it is open......in my dock it shows it opened twice and neither one will actually open when you click on it and neither one can be put in the trash?? Since it won't let me restart the normal way........should I just hold down the shut off button and restart that way?
