Candid people shots - what do YOU think?

I believe that photography does not simply resemble life, it captures the truth of it. I like taking pics of people cause you're challenged to catch one's soul and reveal one's emotions. Of course, it takes great observation to catch the right moment but isn't it the joy?

The first is a wonderful grab of a fun moment - very nice. Nothing in the space where the second should be. Third doesn't do anything for me. Sorry.

I concur with BD. The first one lets me "feel" her joy and surprise. I also can't see anything in the space for the 2nd one. The third one also does nothing for me...

yes i like the 1st although the backround could of been a little more blurred to bring more attention to the subject love the concept.
