Why is the remove watermark feature unreliable?

Just wondered if anyone could tell me why when I move a watermarked photo to another gallery and then try to remove the watermark in that gallery that is works sometimes and not at other times? Sometimes it takes a few trys and it will eventually remove it but I have tried now at least 5 times and no success in removing the watermark. Any suggestions? Please :cry

Do you realize that it sometimes takes awhile for the new images to get generated without watermarks? It can sometimes take as long as an hour, but usually not that long.
