It looks like it allows you to set a bunch of parameters and generated embedable code for a gallery slideshow that you can copy to the clipboard.

Yeah, it's some neat new stuff - it must have gone live last night, I didn't see it earlier in the day, and couldn't find anything announcing the changes. I'm on Facebook, and I hate uploading photos there, but one of the new share features let you post a thumbnail with a link back to the gallery. I've already used that with good results. Thanks guys!

The slide show feature is cool but not sure it is working properly at this time - I added it to my home page - it was working and now it is now - so not sure what the deal is.

Has anyone had any success with the Twitter or Facebook interfaces? Only one I have gotten to work is the Tumblr. (Got a hit on my site from the Tumblr feed already!!! clap.gif)

I have an error message from Facebook if anyone is interested.

Facebook interface worked fine for me last night, had a few friends visit my gallery through the link. I'll probably post another one later, and I'll report back on how it goes.

Use your non-custom domain for right now (Facebook issue, sorry!)

I just added another gallery link on Facebook - it automatically configured it with my non-custom domain name, I didn't have the option of using anything else, and it looks like it is working correctly on the FB side.

Somehow (don't recall how I did it) I have my smugmug domain set to roll over to the custom domain automatically, so that is not an option. So I guess I'll stick to Tumblr and direct my posts to Facebook/Twitter from there.

You put that domain hack in which is really not a good idea :D I recommend taking it out.

Out of curiosity, why is it not a good idea?

I did it because of the block places put on anything that has Smugmug.com in the name. This way customers could at least view my site even though not all of it will work. (Can't purchase anything which is a really bummer.)

The problem would be I have no idea how I did it, so not sure how to remove it. Any ideas?

Because of reasons like this. If you want to remove it, just post in the customizing forum for help :D
