Darter dragonfly

Some shots of the first darter dragonfly of the year in my garden. It was a superb model allowing me to try all sorts of angles on it.

Bloody marvellous. I really like the third last shot in particular against the blue sky. The second last also stands out. Great work!

350D/ sigma 105/ 430Ex flash - I used fill flash for some of the shots.
