In camera color settings

I have recently been experimenting with the on camera color settings on my 40D. I was wandering other opinions on altering the color settings in camera versus in pp? If so, what all do you like to change.

    I just shot RAW so picture styles really don't do anything for me.

    I have been meaning to play around wit them though because at certain events shooting JPG and getting shots to customer QUICK is important...

    If you load the camera profiles for your camera in Lightroom you can apply the canon picture styles in Lightroom. I don't do it myself, but rather shoot RAW and "faithfull"....getting a close representation of what I will see when the images are opened in Lightroom.
