Illustrator help PLZ.

Ok I'm working with MAXIM and UFC, I'm doing the test shots for a casting call they are having and they want me design the backdrop with the logos and they sent me all the original logo files. I haven't used Illustrator just Photoshop. could I open these files and fill in the blue paths shown in the picture. "Ultimate Fighter Championship" letters. Thanks for the help.

    It looks like everything is grouped together. You may need to ungroup them so that you can select just the letters at the bottom with the selection tools. Once those are selected you just make sure your color picker is set to Fill, not Stroke (as it is currently in the screen shot) and as you change the color it will change the fill of the selected paths. This is very basic Illustrator object modification, so if you're already stuck you should look up some Illustrator tutorial vids on the Web. It's a lot like coloring type layers in Photoshop. Select object, change properties.
