Not able to order prints - smugmug cannot bill card?

My customers and myself are getting this message when trying to purchase prints:

We couldn't bill that credit card. Please double-check your billing information and try again.

Return to Checkout.

I have a sale going on for today that I advertised so this is terrible timing to be having an issue. Any ideas on how to fix this ASAP?

    Same problem...can't bill credit card
    My customers are having the same problem. Can you let us know when this is fixed so we can send our customers back to the galleries to order?

    Sorry about this problem!

    Our credit card authorization provider had a fire at their primary data center and a failure of some sort at their alternate data center. Hopefully they will be back up very soon.
