Just a casual stroll through the neighborhood, unbelievable. :D Pretty cool. Also pretty cool is the "Arizona grass" I notice in that yard. rolleyes1.gif

    Nice one Dan.

Nice capture. How did you know she was out there? Is she on kitty patrol?

We are seeing bobcats quite frequently now in our neighborhood. I think there must be a few since this one looks fairly small. Yesterday, my neighbor says she saw a mountain lion by the gate entrance. Now, that is pretty scary if you own a pet, but I sure would love to get a shot at it.

I was just lucky with this particular bobcat. We were driving out of the neighborhood when I saw her. I grabbed my camera from the trunk, but by the time I got it out and turned it on she decided to leave. This is all I could get.

    Thanks,

    Dan

Yes, I love our grass as well.rolleyes1.gif In fact, it is one of the things that attracted me to the desert southwest; no more lawns to mow. Desert landscaping can be quite beautiful, although it does take more maintenance than on might think.

    Thanks Bud :D

By trial, sweat, and error...we found 1/4 minus crushed granite is easier to rake and blow. :D

Nice capture Dan .... Now you need to enter and exit the neighborhood with your camera on your lap! :D

I almost didn't reply to this post, after reading Ric's comment. ne_nau.gif

Wow, interesting shots of your local kitty... It must be nice to have Bobcats and Mountain Lions come to your house to be photographed.

Thanks everyone. Some folks have alpine views, lakes, eagles, ruby beaches, and beautiful birds. I have cactus, bobcats, and the brightest sun you can imagine.rolleyes1.gifrolleyes1.gif
