trademark?

So I have a question... Should I trademark my biz name? when I registered my domain i tried all the variations and no one had it, well now someone has come along and taken the same name. Was just thinking about it so as not to confuse my clients and also to do it before she possibly does and then i'd have to change my biz name.:dunno:deal
