Road Racing pics

I had the day off Friday and grabbed the camera and hit Harris Hill Road in San Marcos. Had a good time. Met Eric and he showed me some good photo locations, and places to stay away from. Got some good captures while I was there. Was really just trying to scout locations and get back into the swing of photographing race cars again. Hope you all enjoy. I like how you've used the weeds in your shots. Very nicely done.

Its a track in San Marcos called Harris Hill Road. I tried to use those weeds and tall grasses on purpose, glad it worked. The track doesn't have a lot of scenery. There is no grandstand, no concrete walls with signage, etc. There's just the natural grasses. In some directions you get homes in the background, which is either great (because its unique to that track) or horrible (because it just looks odd) depending on your viewpoint.
