Need a bird ID

I took this picture earlier today, and I'm having trouble identifying it. The picture was taken in the Baltimore, MD area. It doesn't appear to be an Oriole, Robin or Cardinal. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you :thumb

I think it's something like mites that cause that on the Cardinal. I
