Question about stats

Just to clear it up in my head as I check my stats carefully every day and have been wondering about this for a long time - do the stats include visits from me? Do they include visits from me whether or not I am logged in (if the visits come from my ip address). Are they unique visits - if a friend looks at an image (of the same size) 10 times in one day will that register as 10 hits or just 1?

Your views do not count. If your friend visits an image 10x, we'll count it 10x.

In which case someone is looking to see whatever new images I add on a daily basis which is nice to know.
