Right-click protection + Save photo icon gone

I've noticed that enabling right-click protection on a gallery also removes the "Save Photo" icon from the hover menu. I guess I can see how this makes sense, but it's not quite how I want to use it...

I WANT people to get these particular images, only they have the unfortunate habit of right-clicking the main web-sized image instead of saving the original via the menu. I'm trying to combat this behavior.

Any fancy JS code I can use to combat right-clicking while keeping the "Save Photo" option alive?
