I normally don't shoot wildlife, but there's so much of it in Alaska!

    Nice Capture

I would like even better if you would see the eagles head.

    Which lens did you use?

Thanks! I think it's a combination of me being mostly a landscape person (interest in surroundings as much as the wildlife) and the first time I've ever handled a lens over 200mm. :D I rented a 100-400mm Canon for the trip. Thoroughly enjoyed using it.
Just thought I'd share some eagle drama found earlier this year.
Nice shots! Interesting reading about the Eagle Lady.

    Newbie here,
Just thought I'd share some eagle drama found earlier this year.
A week or two after the feedings by the infamous "Eagle Lady" and assistants stopped in Homer Alaska, I awoke one morning and noticed that about 8 eagles were lining one side of the Homer Spit. I walked down to within 30 feet of the nearest one to see what the commotion was about and watched as this series of shots ensued....

cool shots, but man is that watermark a bummer-
