I spent the 4th of July weekend near Atlantic City and found a decent location to shoot from under the Absecon Inlet bridge. This is the first time I actually had my gear and was close enough to get some decent shots of a fireworks display.

Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

Hey Fred, I'm glad to see that you're still shooting and posting! I bet the show in AC was really nice, given the existing glitz of the town. :D Was it windy there, on the ocean?

    Hi Steph,

I'm still shooting/posting when I get the chance. The pesky job takes up most of my time. :D

Atlantic City was very windy that day but calmed down nicely after sunset. Traffic at the AC fireworks was totally crazy. I ended up backpacking my gear and riding my mountain bike to get to the shoot location. When the show was finished I was long gone before the traffic finally returned to normalrolleyes1.gifrolleyes1.gif

    Looking forward to more shootout/workshops.
