    Forgive me if this was an unpredictable issue that needed to be resolved right away, but in general I suggest avoiding the 4-6pm hours on weekdays as this is generally when many clients visit galleries they may have been notified about earlier in the day. This was probably unplanned but just a thought.

Tthis was probably unplanned but just a general thought.
    I can promise you this was not planned. Our planned maintenance is during the wee hours of Thurs night / Fri mornings.
