Page Naviation Arrowns not showing

Hello,
Very strange issue that has come to my attention is that SOME of my viewers cannot see the arrows to navigate backward and forward in random galleries.
The weird part is that i have tried to view this issue in all sorts of browsers, IE, Firefox, Safari and it seems fine.
I am beginning to think that this random issue occurred after some of my code tweaking like moving the "slideshow" button to the row with the "buy" button which is in the same line as the page navigation is.
Could anyone could please look at the code and help me clean it up.
Maybe its because i re sized the buttons to 120% of their original size?
Please advise on the issue.
