Disk usage stats from Smugmug

Hi all,
I have recently switched to smugmug, after many years of manual backups and nightmares of loosing them.. I am trying to create a mirror of my photos on smugmug, but the disk space used in 'control panel -> stats' page does not seem to show my windows folder size. Why is this?

    we have originals, and 8 display copies :D

    hey Andy,
    Thanks for the reply.. but that confuses me. The disk usage shown on smugMug is lesser than the size of the folder on my hard drive. Is it the videos that are compressed or something?
