Anyone know what this is?

Shot this while at Lake Tobias Wildlife Park. This was in the same pen with some ducks and geese. Next time I go there, I'm going to get some more shots of this one, as I find this bird very interesting for some reason. Maybe it's the plumage on his head or its eyes. :dunno

    I'd love to see one of these in the wild one day. Handsome bird. The eyes are crystal blue and the crown is magnificent.
