    Your lighting looks pretty good in this. If you plan on leaving it color I'd like to see a little more saturation. Otherwise it might look good B&W.

    I assume you added the vignette to downplay the busy background? I think it distracts from the image. I would remove it unless you really believe it adds something to the portrait.

    Overall I think it's pretty good. With a few tweaks I think it could be even better. thumb.gif

    It needs some pop for certain and overall skin work. As it stands now, the photo is underexposed by about 3/4 of a stop. The eyes need work as well as the bg. The concept in headshots is to have the subject stand out and grab your attention.
