This is all great starter equipment. I have done several portrait sessions with this, and taken very good care of it all.

I purchased this camera and the 75-300mm f/4-5.6 mkIII new at Best Buy back in October 2008. I got the 50mm f/1.8 mkII new in December 2008. I'm selling them because I need money to pay for medical bills from my Hand Surgeries (See Wounded Photographer Thread) and have no use for them anymore.

Will only ship to Continental USA

Edit: Also if there is no interest I will be selling to Adorama because I hear they give you pretty good money... But I wanted to give you guys first dibs.

List of Prices (Includes Shipping and Paypal Fees):
Canon XSi: $650
Black-Tie Protection: $150
Battery Grip: $120

I purchased the camera from best buy, and I got the transferable 4 year geek squad black tie protection plan. It covers ALL accidental damage. You break it, take it in, and get a new camera! I'd like to sell this with the camera because it will be worth nothing to me once the camera is gone. $150 (I paid $200)

The Canon BG-E5 Battery Grip for the XSi. NOTE: DOES NOT COME WITH THE BATTERIES SHOWN IN PICTURE THOSE GO WITH THE XSI! This thing is a MUST HAVE if you have big hands like me. I feel awkward holding the xsi without it because my hands go down another 2 inches past the actual body. Plus the bat grip is very convenient. Makes your battery lifetime double, and has controls to make taking "portrait" pictures a whole lot easier. There is a minor scratch near the crank where I used a flat head to try to get it off the camera, can't see it unless you look, and I actually forgot about it till now.$120

The Canon Rebel Camera Bag was purchased at the same time as my camera. This is a great bag for traveling because its relatively small, and holds quite a bit of stuff. I can put everything I'm selling here in it, and there's still room for two more lenses, or a flash and a lens... plus cables, cards etc... $50

I got the Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 mkIII at the same time as the XSi. Comes with the ET-60 Lens Hood, cap and a UV filter that has been on it since day 1. Perfect condition as well, no scratches or signs of wear. $180

The 50mm f/1.8 mkII was purchased in December 2008. Comes with the lens cap. Is in perfect condition as well. $80
