Ashness Bridge Borrowdale

This is Ashness Bridge in the Borrowdale Valley of the Lake District. It has been claimed many times to be the most photographed bridge in the Lake District and is well known by so many of our friends who visit from across the Pond. C & C always welcome.

    Lovely bridge and scenes, Bob! I really like the comp of the 3rd shot. The road leads they eyes perfectly to the bridge and lets me admire the little shack in the background. thumb.gif
    Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

    Thanks Mahesh for your reply. I must admit I thought this well known bridge would have got more comment as it really is a well known photography site especially by holiday makers from abroad and especially America and Canada.
