pictures color

I have printed through smug many times and have always been very happy. This last time though the color just seems way off. I have edited the pictures to my likeing on the computer, but when printed(auto) it just seems too much. For example it looks like the little boy has lipstick on. :huh I kinda feel like maybe I shouldn't edit as much (tone it down) but then It doesn't pop as much when showing the clients their pictures in there gallery. I was afraid to Print True because My monitor is not callibrated so I thought auto would be the safe way to go? Any thoughts. I used EZ prints and I'm just not happy!

I suggest for you, Bay Photo with Hand Color Correction. We'll redo those prints at Bay and you'll see.

I see!! I am always a little nervous about the printing choices. I have never used bay photo, that would be awesome! What do I need to do?
