Deleting files with LR 2.4

I just updated to Lightroom 2.4 from 2.3. Now when I try to delete files from the disk, I receive a message stating that the files can't be moved to the trash. I never had this problem with any other version. What is going on?

    Files locked? Permission issues? Drive needs repair?

    Solved the problem...I tried deleting photos from another file and was successful. I deleted the picture file I was having issues with and reinstalled the file. Now it works. Have no idea why the other file with the same images didn't work. Thanks for replying to my request.
