I like the colors and patterns on the horses and the comp on your photo but I do agree I wish the other horse had it's headed lifted a bit. Maybe you could give them a call for a reshoot, you know if they have time after grazing all day!
It doesn't bother me that the back horse has his nose behind the front horse. In fact I like it -- the weaker hides behind the stronger one -- kind of thing.
