Last night I was flipping through an Arizona Highways Magazine and remembered that I had entered their first ever online photo contest. This morning I searched and found the current list of Top Ten Finalists.

    Aaron,
    I'm of course biased, having seen your work here on DGrin and it doesn't mean as much as having AZ Highways print your image, but I vastly prefer your photo to the others there! Congrats on making the top 10 but even more so for such an excellent image! thumb.gif

    Great shot, and unless my math is bad, you made it in the top 1 percent. Actually, you could say its fewer than 1% made it to your level. So I'd say that's quite the acheivement in itself. Sweet shot. Good luck next year!

    Yeah I know- contests are always subjective based on a group of individuals feelings on a specific day.

    I think there were some fantastic shots that didn't even make the top ten so I am happy with at least that.

    Agreed- was very happy with the top ten. The goal of being printed in the magazine is still there and is attainable through this annual contest.
