Dan: The IR-side is just the usual coolish white balance and channel swap (red <-> blue) thing. As for the pano, I just stood in one spot and started to take shots panning upwards, after reaching the top I turned around and repeated toward the other side. Then in post one half of the pictures get flipped upsidedown before stitching the whole thing together - quite simple really
