Let's kick things off for our IR League friends with a monthly contest to get our infrared juices flowing. Inspired by our regular bi-weekly challenges, there's now a place just for photographers who love to shoot beyond the visible spectrum.
Heck yeah! How do we do that?
After August 24th we'll update the first post of this thread with a poll so IR League and Dgrinners alike can cast their votes. We'll tally the numbers on August 31st and the winner gets the warm, fuzzy feeling of success as well as a free 8x12 print from SmugMug. :barb
This is the first time we're trying this out, so it'll be a little longer than a month and of course your feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Questions? Comments? Post away in the thread below.

- - In our entry thread, submit your best work, your favorite work, whatever you want. If it's IR, it's in. One photo per person, please.
- - You can post your image embedded in your response, or if you prefer, you can attach your image. (Details here)
- - While not required, why not join the League of Creative IR Photographers if you aren't already a member? It's free, no strings attached and you get to connect with other photographers who see the world in a whiter way!

Hey Aaron, good question! I passed this one up to Deb Sandidge, one of our League founders. I'll post back with the verdict.

That's odd... who did you email? Regardless, we've had the submission form up in place for a while, which is better because the old-fashioned way we had in the beginning had to be forwarded one by one. If you can go here and fill it out, everything will be saved in the DB and the notifications get sent to me ASAP.

It was definitely pre submission form days, as it said to email someone specifically w/ your files.
Now I just have to get some fresh stuff to post
Should make for a nice warm up for the Shootout.

Both Deb and Andy give the OK for IR-like processing. Have at it!

Hi,
Where do I find the entry thread? Thought I might pop a pic up.
Wow, where did that go? Sorry, still ironing out the bumps. Just go here, and I linked it in the initial post for future reference.
