I hope this will interest you. The photo is taken from Portsdown Hill (360' above Portsmouth Harbour). It comprises 5 frames which have been put together as a panorama. A larger version can be seen on my SmugMug site http://peterd-2009.smugmug.com/gallery/7881195_3XncP/1/#510938835_2dNZ8-A-LB

The Isle of Wight is in the distance. Portsmouth is to the left of the Harbour entrance (centre image) and Gosport is to the right. The Marina at Port Solent is to the centre left of the Harbour. Portchester is in the foreground to the right. The large building on the waters edge is part of the shipbuilding facility.

Thanks. I am glad you like it. I aim to take another pano at night. Great when the tide is in, the night is still and all those lovely lights and reflections...... there I go, dreaming again but one day the conditions will be just right.:D

Nothing wrong with dreaming. I hope you get those perfect reflections, so we can all enjoy them too! Good luck! thumb.gif
