Did some searching, didn't find much. Pro is the only level where you can make profit from your photos, correct? I cannot do this with a Power Account?

You only make profit with a pro account.

Thanks! And related, can you turn OFF print ordering for every gallery with one click? Or do I have to go back into each and every gallery to disable it?

Turning off printing is at a gallery level.

If you want to turn it off for all galleries you might try one of the tools listed at http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/Hacks+and+Apps.
