Blow Away (Ontario Park Beach.)

I am loving the heck outa my new camera, although I will admit I'm still learning some of its functions. :scratch

Here's some from a quick walk to the beach the other day. It was windy! C&C always welcome.

EDIT: Ontario Beach Park in Rochester, NY. Sorry about any confusion.

6. Finally, my 4 year old says the white building is the weather-house. You know, where they turn on the wind and rain.

Very good set Mark. I think #2 is my fav, with that nice wet pier.

I really like the 1st. Clouds are amazing and boat moving towards them gives great feeling about the photo.

I like 1 and 2. The sky is incredible in the first. The pier with the sheen on it and the comp is eye catching for me.

Pentax K20d. We're in love, don't tell the wife. And it's funny, cause looking at #1 reminds me of this song.

I like number 2 and 3. Love the composition on 2. Just a thought for number 3 though, if you shoot it again, try shooting it vertically to remove some of the sea and rocks on the right hand side. Or if you have the resolution you could possibly crop it to get an idea of what it looks like. But good shots none the less.

I got (14.1) megapixels to burn! Will try later. Thanks for the comments.

EDIT: new crop is up at the beginning of this post.

And here's the redo of #1 without the black halo around the clouds. It bothered me. Thanks to all for their very kind comments and critiques.
