My images are not loading

Hello,

My images aren't loading in my "Favorites" gallery.

I have had a couple people tell me this also. I tried viewing it through http://www.crossbrowsertesting.com/ using IE8 and it wasn't working there either. So I'm quite certain it's not just me.

The other galleries seem to be working fine. Any idea why this one is not?

Hi Chris,

It looks like the link you're giving your viewers is incorrect which is causing the gallery to get all confused.

Here's the link that you should get when you copy it from the category level page:

Everything after the # sign is the image ID and key (which tells the system which image should load), so if you just want to link to the gallery, this would be the link you would share:

http://chrisbazil.smugmug.com/gallery/3200273_ZkZo8

See the difference? Also, if you have Easy Sharing enabled you can get the links using the "Get a Link" feature, but just copying and pasting from the address bar in your browser will work just as well. Just be sure you don't trim too much!
